Since 1991, according to the needs of the development of Chinese foundry industry, our company has organized famous smelting experts led by Liu Youhua to develop the outside cooling long service life cupola, We have provided more than 60 sets of 5 ~ 15 t/h two-shift outside cooling long cupola for 35 manufacturers. They obtain excellent evaluation from the users, and it’s a great step to improve the smelting level of China.

Structural characteristics: long distance double row air supply, plug type water cooled tuyere, shower type outside cooling, automatic separator for slag and iron.
Smelting characteristics: long period smelting, safe operation, the temperature of the iron is high (1450-1520℃), the condition of the furnace is stable and the burning loss is low, automatic slag separation and continuous desulphurization.
